A bit about me…

My name is Lorna MacDonald and I’m a fully trained (DSFH, AfSFH Reg) accredited Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and ICF (Reg) qualified coach.  

Anxiety, sleep issues, overwhelm, imposter syndrome…..I’ve been there! I have first hand experience of how hypnotherapy and coaching can help so I work with empathy and insight. When you understand how your brain works - as you will with my sessions - real, lasting change becomes possible.

My practice is based in Edinburgh and I work with people online from anywhere in the world.
