A bit about me…

I’m Lorna, and I help people struggling with anxiety, sleep problems, overwhelm and self-doubt feel calmer, more confident and in control.

I’m a Clinical Psychotherapist, Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and ICF qualified Coach.  

I blend psychotherapy, neuroscience and hypnosis to help you step out of survival mode and instead feel in control of your anxiety, mood and confidence.

Together, we’ll focus on creating practical solutions - there’s no need to dig into the past. Whatever you want to achieve, we’ll map out a path to get you there.

My practice is based in Edinburgh and I support both in person and online hypnotherapy.

I also have a Disclosure Scotland PVG Certificate allowing me to work with children.
